College Campus Violence... even at Brigham Young University?

hi Para Ted but were those sabers actually suppose to do any harm? i m totally confused, it does show that in a large group even pretend violence could escalate so Brigham young U is surely no different. I hate the idea of real violence but where the heck did all the light sabers come from, was this a planned thing? I am totally confused' by this. violence or playing violence.

Nonono, Hatley, it was all planned! Surely you don't imagine Brigham Young students go around carrying Star Wars toys all the time? It was just for fun. It didn't "escalate." Didn't you notice the non-participants smiling? Why take it so seriously? When real violence comes along, I assure you, no-one will decry it more swiftly than I! Take a chill pill!
