Anyone know any good ways to get rid of a migrain? I have had one for a long time now, and nothing seems to get rid of it. Anyone have any good ideas?

8. psyche_shivya (408) | 4 years ago | well...its a mysteriour disorder. see for it to get rid off is very difficult. first of all try to identify the factors, which can precipitate it. ok, try to avoid them. and try to live a routine lifestyle as far as possible. don't change ur habits, else it too can precipitate migraine, even constipation. go to toilet daily. and then, when u get an attack, i hope u know what to do. for prophylaxis u can take flunarazine( calcium channel bloker) 10 mg once daily for 3 months. else beta blockers r also useful, but can give u side effects..so feel free to ask me.
