I wasn't trying to get myself overwhelmed in debt again, ever since I already working on my other debt. I simply want to transfer my old debt from bank of america master card to this citi - card, since their promotion telling me that I could qualify for 21 months 0% APR, if I made any purchase or credit transfer. Bank of America trying to charge me annual fee from now on, so it might be a good decision to transfer the balance to a new card if they will give a balance big enough. I just favor their 0% APR for 21 months, nothing else. Would that be a great deal?

Make sure you read the terms before doing so, and are able to abide by them. Citi may offer you 21 months of 0% APR, but if you have a remaining balance from the transfer after that, do you know how much interest you'll get charged with? I had a similar experience with the same bank a couple years ago, and regretted it.

I think that would be a really good deal. I have tried to do that before when I had credit card debt but they never transferred the whole balance. They only gave me a portion of credit. It did me no good.
