Even though there is no sign of increasing gas price per gallon in the near weeks, but the price is still high in comparison to last year summer season. It was $2.70 last summer, but this summer, this Memorial day weekend, the price goes up to $3.69 per gallon. Such price causing our concerns, and we won't make much drive out at least, especially if you have a SUV, or bigger car. Also, people won't dine out, nor they would make much trip outside of the town. The average cost for a family on gasoline is around $380 per month, and some families would cut on other expenses since the gas spending already taking 20% of their budget or so. So, do you have any budget cut since the gas price keep on above the $3.00 level?

Despite the high price of gas me and my family did go out of town during the memorial day weekend. the lower prices did help but it was expensive enough. if gas prices where not as expensive, we could have afored to do more. we planed for the trip well in advance and accounted for high prices.

We stay home alot since the gas prices are so high. Food and everything else is high too. We spend time at home doing projects or other fun stuff instead. It is alot cheaper.

Well, since I work about 40 mins from here each way, even with trading our Subaru Forrester in for a Toyota Prius we are still spending quite a bit in gas a month. And then since it seems like everything else continues to go up besides this, it can make it harder to make ends meet for sure. I know we have had to cut back with what we can do compared to a yr. ago. We have been considering a get away for a long weekend soon, but still seeing if we can really afford it.
