I am working in a swimming pool has a swimming teacher. I like my work and i like the waters, so after my day is over i like staying at the swimming pool and swim a bit, or i am entering the Sauna or Jacuzzi.. Any way i can linger at my work place for like an hour.. Do you this to, or are you rushing home as soon as you work day is over?

Agree if you don't take food with you it is hard to linger at your work place

I work at home now but I used to work outside of my home. I never lingered at work. I always was so ready to get out of there and go home.

yoniarnon I often hurried home from work as a nurses aide because this is hard demanding work which I loved but is physically tiring even as a young woman in her twenties. then my last years in my seventies I hurried home from the library as my husband was home waiting for me. when you work on your feet six or eight hours you need to get home and off your feet. I loved what I did but we none of us hung around the library as we had families to go home to.So yes I guess I did rush home he he I lived a half a block from the library.

When i used to work before, I didn't linger at work when i didn't have an appointment with my boss. I went home immediately because I have a son and a husband waiting for me. Even when i was a student before, i didn't like staying behind or lingering. I always went home immediately right after school.

oh your work looks exciting, swimming and you can even sauna or jacuzzi after wow! I hung out more I guess when I was in school, running my own business as a young and single guy for a long time, I love to hung in my work since everything I do and work for is for myself and I do not have to work for anyone or anybody, I sort of became a workoholic, working 14 to 16 hrs. or more for my self, if you consider that loving to hung around, i certainly enjoyed hanging around my own business. I'm taking it a little easy now since i got married cause i need time for my family.

I do linger at work, but not always. As i'm holding different jobs, there are times where i'm bound to linger for a while before leaving, especially in the job i like, my favourite area. I'm not one to rush home after work, because i want to enjoy the nice surroundings around me. Taking in the view being a customer or client, instead of a staff there. It's a different feel i get.
