This Volks has lot of names I just found out recently (^_^)

This volkswagen was parked in front of our house since last few days and yesterday I got the chance to take a photo shot beside this cute car.
Then I have it posted in facebook and wow,friends were commenting and calling it names.
One friend says "that's a cute bumblebee" (uwang) and what? I asked him,I know this is a beetle but we usually call it "turtle" (pagong)
But this is the first time I've heard it being called "bumblebee" fine...sounds nice for a beetle car 
.
Whatever they call this car,I really like it...it's soooooo cute and looks like a frog tome because of it's color green and the bulging body kit looks like a frog's bulging eyes

Aside the common name turtle (pagong) and the mordern name bumblebee from the movie transformer, I will call it "walking kuba" the possible car of MMM the old man, the courier for the delivery to you..

I think the reason it was called a "bumblebee" was because of the character in Transformers with the same name. Bumblee is actually a yellow beetle-type volkswagen. That car is so cute! But I don't think I'd want to have one like that. I prefer those big SUVs for my family.

Kermit the frog was an iconic cartoon character here in the states as he was part of a show called the Muppets. Maybe that would be a good name for it as a frog is green and this reminds me of a frog.
My daughter used to have two Volkswagens - a green one and a yellow one. They were both earlier models and she loved them but never drove them as she didn't want to put miles on them.

The beetle is one of the most popular vehicles of all time. It has a great reputation also. You know what they saw about them, you can't kill them. They just keep on going. I know a few people that have beetles, I like them but, I prefer something a little larger.

Haha,I call it Volks but we(friends) sometimes call it "pagong" too!
This car is really unforgettable to me jaiho. It was the first car my first love used when we went on a date. It was late 90's and Volks is quite antique already. We were in Greenhills at the parking area having some drinks and all the cars there are really expensive in line with his Volks so we just laugh everytime someone is there looking at his Volks,lol! I find it really cute that night,fits our date,hehe!

It's a vintage car already my dear and expensive one...
That's a volkswagen from Germany ..who also owns the most expensive car "Bugatti".
Vintage car collector will surely price a volks for a million (with original parts)
It's really cute,i do love it...and i am looking for more volks for some photo shots (hahahaa)

I think it is a nice green car. I like the green color also.
I don't have a car so don't have a name, but it is a nice idea to give a name to your car like people give name to their pets.
One like the things and then they give the names to it just because they love them. Sometimes you can give the name to the car just to make it as a code for the times when you don't want the other people to know that you are talking about a car.

We use to call all cars that is shaped like that " pangkudkud ng yelo" or manual ice shaver use for making "halo halo" (Filipino Cold delicacy), but the tag referred more to the old Colt Mirage, me and my gang also simply called all old cars " tanke " or tank
