The governor of a state is responsible for the state's economic policy and state of health, it works both ways for the governor whether it is growing or contracting, he can either take the credit or get blame for the performance of his state's economy status. It is the same apply to the president of a nation, he is the man who is responsible for the adoption of a national economy policy proposed by his appointed economists and advisors that can make or break a nation's economy and future trajectory.

True. Almost all good paying goods in Texas come from companies specializing in war such as Halliburton and Lockheed Martin. And most of the minimum-waged jobs created are jobs taken from professionals and broken down.

Well, it must be working, since Texas is doing better where most states are failing.

Texas only appears to be doing better because it is always riding on the wings of the Fed via disaster aid (and most "disaster intentionally caused) and cheap labor by the undocumented (a reason there will be no fences south of Texas).

OH, sorry, I forgot who I was talking to. Of course you're hatred for anything to do with the US will never let you admit anything good.
You look at the US no different than a KKK member looks at a Black person. You are just as ignorantly bigoted.
Now go back to your little bigot cave and shut your pie hole.

I agree with you completely, although we do still have a number of unemployed residents here in Texas. But actually our economy is doing fairly well all things considered. And yes it is probably exactly because the government is not messing with it. Although I am not sure that Perry is the answer to the nation's problems.
