Is this the coming off age series for Darren Bravo?

Though India won the series against West Indies pretty comfortably, one of the finds of the series was definitely Darren Bravo. His batting at times reminded viewers of the great Brian Lara. His century in the final test as well the batting in the rest of series might be a welcome relief for the West Indies fans who are looking for good batsmen to replace their retiring brigade of batsmen. What are your views on Darren Bravo? Cheers! Ram

Darren Bravo is quite talented cricketer. It is still early days in his career, but he has shown lot of promise for future. He has uncanny similarity to great Lara, not just in his stance but also in the way he plays. I am sure Darren Bravo has learned a lot from this series with India. He has been doing good job for them with the bat. I am sure as he plays more, he would mature faster and would become even more consistent batsman for West Indies in future.

Yes, consistency is his biggest problem. Right now he is simply not consistent enough. That shows in his record so far. If he can become consistent, then one of the middle order spots in the Windies team would be sealed. Cheers! Ram

I think he is already in the team and does not require to throw anyone else out of the team just yet. Cheers! Ram
