and it is successful. lol! This pic, on my avatar.. i did my own make up..with the help of youtube lol.. i had some smoky eye effect and purchased some make up on my own..
Actually was planning on having it done by a professional in a salon but hubby sad it is expensive and why not try it on my own since i am a lady i should know how...which i really do not know.. but i gave it a try.
So i went to buy some make up.. San- san's and avon's.. and followed youtube! and i guess it worked.. hahaha! 
I also helped my officemates who also do not know and we had fun doing it..

I think smokey eye is very sexy. I've watched some of the youtube "How to put on makeup," stuff, too. They make it look easy, but when I do it, it gets all over the place. Glad you had fun and that you're more coordinated than I am.

There are some Asians on youtube who do makeup very well. Maybe you could watch someone who has a similar eye structure.

Hi Jazel, your first time make-up turns out to be a very successful experience for you. Indeed, you had saved quite a lot of money by not going to the expert to have your make-up done. I learned my first make-up knowledge from one of my aunts since she always needs to put on make-up as she always joined her friends' dinner. I remembered before when i want to save money, i done my own make-up as well when i want to join any company annual dinner. Indeed, it is a great fun to see our new face emerged after having done the make-up.

Wow.. Congratulations- I tried putting makeup on my own before too- I also followed some videos in youtube; but it was a disaster- I looked like I have a black eye. But then I know how to put on others.. I'll just practice later so i can become better.

that is great to hear. youtube helps alot. me to i tried to learn the smoky eye but its just not working out for me lol i think that the smokey eye look is sexy.

Hi Jazel,
The picture is dark and I can't see your makeup at all. Could be my computer? Anyway, I'm glad that you did good. You'll save so much money doing it yourself rather than pay someone to do it. I've always done my own makeup but I would be clueless as to how to do those smokey eyes.

oh girl you are so pretty and sweet. ive always thought you are very pretty anyway. you have that fresh beauty of girl next door look. pretty girl next door. 
every now and then, my daughter has to just what she calls "dooty up" just to feel sexy and hot girl. i used to do it when i was a young girl to.

wow..good thing for you..i've always wanted to do the right smokey eye make up on myself,,i always like how it looks on the eyes and it is one of my favorite type of eye make up...sometimes i do look up on youtube for tips and right way to apply make up..especially eye make up..
