Only three days left of my beautiful holiday season!

After raising 2 ADHD sons and one son with autism I never had a truly enjoyable holiday season. After fulfilling all the holiday requirements for friends and family all those years, the holidays were just a lot of work. But now the boys are raised and gone but I see them more now than when they were teenagers. They've all contributed something to the holidays this year. They have smiles on their faces and at least tolerate each others existence. The granite counter top goes in the kitchen today and tomorrow we fly to deadwood for new year with friends.
This is the first time I can truly say I had a happy holiday season! Would it not be cool if this joy can follow me through the new year?
How was your holiday? Was it better than before? Can you make it better for next year or do you always have a happy and joy filled holiday season?

THis is one of the best ones I have had in several years. If my youngest daughter and her family had been able to be home it would have been absolutely the best! Everyone got along fine...in fact my company just left a few hours ago. I hope the feeling does last just a bit longer!
