First of all, congratulations to all who worked to get these signatures! While I disagree with what you're doing, I'm willing to give credit for the work it takes to do it. I don't know how many are legitimate, but that's up to my side to prove, I'm pretty sure (when all is said and done) there will be enough to force the recall election. To put it in perspective though, a little over a million votes was what Tom Barrett got in the last election for governor... when he lost to Scott Walker. ;~D

I hope the people of Wisconsin, if there is a recall election, pay attention to the progress that has been made since Walker became governor.

We can only hope, but blind hatred and goose stepping to the union leaders cadence knows no logic... and doesn't care about integrity.

As you pointed out in another discussion, they are not going to strike out names such as Micky Mouse or Adolph Hitler unless someone challenges them. We will know more after the signatures are reviewed. First, we will know just how well they review them and how much scrutiny they are going to give them and secondly, if the review is properly conducted, just how many real signatures they got. It's not hard to get a million signatures if you make them up, encourage people to sign even if they are not eligible or transcribe names off of headstones in the cemetery.

I think I'd make it easy on myself and just open up an old telephone book or city directory.
