Then I choose death and I seem to always have. I'm used to being destined to hell because I will not change religions. I am used to others getting frustrated because I will not do what they Say I Must. And now I'm just waiting to lose the love of my life Because people say Everybody changes . But I do not!If pushed I rather Just end things and disappear. Are you like me, whenever someone says You Must do this or else , do yu choose or else?

Well now. I will not change for anyone either. And I refuse to die as well. I will never end my life for anyone. No one has the right to push me to that point. I was in, as you know a horrible marriage. I never changed all these years and I am not about to now. Although the evil ex did to to change me. There were many arguments over that. But I am still standing and I am with someone that accepts me as I am. I never asked or tied to make anyone change, so no one has the right to do that to me.

It sure does. What the old me would do is listen to what people said what I was Suppose to do and if I couldn't or wouldn't do it, I would do nothing and walk away. And I would feel like a failure. Nowadays I refuse to do things I know I can't do and I move on.

Well, I am not in that situation anymore. I have the right relationship now. So I don't have to worry about anyone looking to change me. I always understood everyones points of view, but I always banged my own drum. I never listened to anyone and I always did what I wanted to do. It does feel good.

I did what I thought I was supposed to do like, get married and have children. We learn from what we see. I saw my mother and father together all my life, I saw my father work long days and provide for his family. SO I pretty much did the same thing. The only thing I screwed up with is actually going through with it. I was fine when I was working and I should have kept it that way. I should have never gotten involved when I did. But we do as we are taught. We are a product of our environment. But I still always did what I wanted to do. Right or wrong.

I don't understand why this would be happening to you. You aren't going to get married or have children. So why is the love of your life trying to make you change religions? I don't get it! To me it makes so sense and I know some couples who are different religions! Example my older brother married a Catholic and he is Lutheren.

Sarah, I think it depends on what is at stake... If the stakes are high, then I would change.. I do not believe in religions.. I believe in God only.. Religion was created by humans for the convinience of the powerful ones to act foul.. So I do not follow it...
Make sure, dear, that you are not losing something precious... Take care..

If I have to change my core it isn't worth it.I realized that if I have to change my true self , I would have to lie to get it.And lying is so wrong. Once started you can never start. And if it is love , then it means lying to a person that loves the fake you. I rather remain me and have someone love the real me than have to change and live a lie.

No has ever been able to change my no into a yes. A maybe? Sometimes but not a no. The more they push , the stronger the no gets once it gets to where I am saying Never, I begin to push back!

I think nobody wants to do things which are obligated to do. Nobody likes to be invaded in his own free decision. However we can make things, which are obeying a power, that we can't be aware of it.
I think that the option to change have to be a free decision, and if that change is made in order to grow as being, then is right.

So if the change does not make you grow, then you shouldn't do it? Fantastic! That's what I believe. Real change comes from within and it Only happens when someone Wants it to happen. But with that said, there are many who don't Want to change so they don't!

I know I don't have to change for anyone. If I'm going to change its going to be because I want to not because others want me to. They can't ask me and tell me to but well this is what makes me and that is what makes them. I don't let others rule my life I'm in charge of my life and if they don't like it they can kiss my a$$.

One must have his own mind and do what is right in his own sight, including religions,as long as it doesn't break the law.In this respect, there is no need for us to jump on the bandwagon. On the other hand, nobody has a right to force his own views upon others.

That is one of the beautiful things about being human. We each have free will. We weren't created as robots. To do exactly what God says, he wants people to serve him out of love. And unfortunately so many people think that the term "hell" in the Bible refers to a burning. When it really refers to the common grave of mankind. There are many people in the past who have chosen not to serve God and there are many in the present. It's each person's decision on what they will do with there life.

Why are you destined to hell? Because others say so? Do you believe in hell? I don't.
Why should you change religion? Aren't all religion based on exactly the same believe?
Yes everybody is changing but not if it comes to what you believe in, are willing to fight for. Since you is you.. and those who finally became theirself did not change if it comes to that but just found themselves in a later stage as others.
I do what I want, what is good for me. I don't like to be threatend or manipulated, if I can't be me it's better to die.

I believe in hell. But what these " Christians" don't understand is my hell would be having to go to heaven and being forced to believe what I don't believe.Or have all these people Wanting to be near Jesus while I wish to leave.
so all these people who assume Everyone changes are the ones themselves who haven't found their true self? I haven't changed my core since I was about 13! Back then I thought if I can't Be then I must die and get it over with. I Still do! So that is why I choose Or else with pride.

Well, I'd do what I think is right. If I'm wrong I'd change no? Well, I'd you choose to die, that's your choice. But I would ask you why? If your answer is rational, I would consider dying. Based on my opinion, I think it's best to think in other peoples point of view. I mean, imagine yourself as that person who ask you or advice you to change or do something. Question why would he or she think that way. If its reasonable and rational, think if it would benefit you. Example, your parents tells you not to hang out with friends after 10 pm. You might say, this is ridiculous and don't be so selfish or so. But if you think in your parents point of view, they are just worried. So they are not at fault. So you should reconsider changing that mentality.( just an example ) so yea, everything is a choice. You choose your own choice. If you think that is right, so be it. Just ignore those who condemn you then. So yea. Haha: D
