Dialled calls unanswered ...patience tried out!

What would you feel if some one keeps on not attending your call made to him/her. While it might or not be on purpose, it is sure to test one's wit to the maximum. You lose patience and at times would be derisive to the person concerned. Wouldn't you feel that such type of behavior from someone whom you care is quite unfair and unjustified.

Yes, it is irritating when something like this happens and it has happened to me a few times. However i have found that there has always been a valid reason for it and whoever i caled has phoned me later and apologized, so i have not felt bad.As for me i always havereturned the call immediately as i don`t like to keep anybody waiting too long.

I refused to live my life based on other people's schedule... On a flipside of that, I wouldn't expect anyone else to live their lives on my convenience... If I call someone & there's no answer, I usually leave a message & move on with my life... No need to get upset over it... If they call me back & if I'm not busy at the time, we'll set something up...

Absolutely! If I was romantically involved with said one I would be highly suspicious.. unless I was a pesky or very needy person, rofl.

Instead of getting mad I think I would assume that my friend was very busy (or didn't want to see me for some reason), so I would probably ask the person if s/he needed anything. No, I would not think it unfair or unjustified. I would assume my friend had a good reason.

I would probably get irritated after a time if I was treated like this by a dear friend. If it continually happened I would definitely discuss it with them the very next time i saw them. Then if it continued to happen I would rethink how important this relationship really was. I might even start putting my time in with someone else and not be calling this person anymore.

People around me know that my cell phone is not available except when I´m away from home. But I do answer right away my normal phone. One of my daughters thinks that someone else should answer her phone at home. She has passed that knowledge to her children so that noone answers until you start hating them. Same thing happens with their doorbell. Once I was invited to their home, stood at the door for ages and returned to my house. From here I called her telling her what had happened. I finally accepted the invitation, but only if they came to pick me up AND bring me back home. I had already done my share. I think that people with bad habits as those should be taught manners, if at all possible.

I don't answer phone calls unless I am told that they will call most calls here are scams or selling things much like most e-mails I receive if a friend said they will call then I will wait
