Why is that some parents are happy tp tell other peoples children off,

but can never correct their own children.I do think that a child is a child until they are 18 years old and we are responsible for them until then at least in the laws eyes.Well this mother is telling other peoples children off, thinking that she is all that, yet she can not control her oldest child that is her son.I have seen him and his friends late again tonight and I know that she do not know where he is, or when he will be home, best she ask what he and his friends are up to in future instead of having ago at a young child.If she ever told one of my children off, I would be straight round her house to tell her to sort her kids out, as well as her husband, before she say or do anything else.When the police go to hers she always says my son helped them with some things that he knows and it was his mates that have been up tp no good.If her daughters see their brother getting away with things, then they will follow in his foot steps.

I do think that some parents do have a blindspot as it regards to their children and their own behavior. They see what they want to see. And unfortunately, they really will see what they think should be there, as opposed to what is going to be there. They are going to cover up the flaws of their own children, by bringing to the attention of the flaws of others.
Of course, these people really never should stick their nose into the business of others. They really have no room to talk, if they cannot keep their own children in line. Of course, in their worldview they think their children are perfect and they might be corrupted by the disobedient actions of other children. It defies all logical belief the lengths people will go to to really cover up their bad parenting.

This si the way of the world.Many parents are so blinded with affection for their children that they can never see any fault in them.If somebody complains against them the parents will say that their kids are not innocent and are unable to do anything wrong but other children are the culprits.When such a thing happens their children become bolder and keep on doing wrong until one day they are caught by the cops and it is then that they realize that they were responsible for their childrens wrong upbringing but by that time it is too late.

I feel that the only time I have the right to tell a child off is when they are under my roof. When they are here they go by my rules. If they don't then they will hear from me. If other kids parents don't like that then they need to keep their bad kids at home and not inflict them on the rest of the world.

It's probably because they view their own children as innocent and other kids as though they are not. Yeah and I understand what you are saying about setting her straight if she talked to your children. I would do the same things. It's sad that so many people act that way. But their are a lot of parents like that.
