Spent 101 minutes to do a task on snapdollars for 27 cents lol

Wow ok so that was kind of fun for awhile to do that task but after 101 minutes you can guess I was tired of doing it. I only earned 27 cents from it so it really was a large waste of my time.
The task I did was to flag pictures of adult content. Hehe that was fun just not when it took so long.
What do you think of this task?

You are right that it sounds like a task that would be a lot of fun to do. However, for it to take that long to only make 27 cents is just unreal. That breaks down to earning less than 15 cents per hour, more or less and for that I would think of it as being a waste of time.
The thing, however, with some of those tasks is that they are a lot of fun and you are able to lose yourself in them sometimes.

It is kind of crazy that they would pay so little for that much work. The surveys I do that take an hour at least pay me $1 or more usually. The first day I just enjoyed doing the task so I didnt keep track of time but I did know it took alot longer then I thought it would so the second day I timed how long it took to see if it was worth it or not and with it taking 101 minutes I dont think it was worth it lol. If I had NOTHING else to do online I would do it just for the fun of it but I have so many other online sites I do I dont want to waste my time.

If it was fun...well...I guess the compensation wouldn't matter to me much but it does seem to be a long task for 27 cents..lol. I like doing the surveys but they can really stretch out too. I have done some interesting ones that were fun but I have also done some that I couldn't wait to finish.

I havent done any surveys with them. I usually just do the paid emails. I am over $40 but only $9 of it is from doing the paid offers and I have to reach $15 in the paid offers in order to be able to cash out. I've been on that site for years lol I just want to get done with it and reach payout so I can quit the site it isnt worth my time. The paid offers that they offer is very few. I dont know when I will be able to cash out if they dont start putting up more offers to do.

That sounds like a pain to me. You should try MTurk. They have similar tasks but most don't take that long. I have not actually worked on the flagging adult content projects but there are other options there as well. I will check into it and see if it might be something that I can do quickly. Good luck.

well, it certainly was an interesting task!
i looked at the tasks and to be honest it was way to much time for little return.
i do mylot for pleasure and to relax, the financial return is purely an added bonus although i do appreciate that the rewards are greatly appreciated from those in poorer countrys.
i think you should spend more time on mylot and the rewards are the friends that you have and the fun you have talking to them.
Mylot, the only place you can cry with laughter or cry with the pain of the discussion....but always among friends.

The first day I did it I thought it took along time but I didnt keep track of how long it was since it was fun for me. So the second day when I got the task again I kept track. It was fun but it took so long that I grew tired and just wanted to get it done with. I'm glad I did good enough to earn the 27 cents. If you dont do well and tag things correctly then you loose out on the money after all that work. I did it mostly for fun but if I hadent gotten even the 27 cents at the end it wouldnt have been fun. Its to much work though took to long. Id rather sit at mylot for 101 minutes thats funner for me :)
