Nowadays, most people live in pressure and that makes us can not even take a breath. So how do you treat that and try to say to yourself? Maybe travel is a good way to forget about the bad things. But again,we have to face the difficulties back to normal life.

wooww...what a good news. I and most of my friend always getting hard to decide vacation together since we work in different company and hard to get the off day. If only we have possibility to spend vacation together, it might be only one day and not enough to have long vacation or travel to far place that we want. You really have good opportunity to enjoy vacation with your friend, jrick...

At age 20 I got made redundant from my job and due to the recession it was very challenging to find another job. It got depressing trying to find another job and getting nowhere. I decided to let out my cottage, get a working holiday visa for Australia and buy an airline ticket around the world. It was an excellent way to forget about my problems and take a breath of fresh air. Life had changed when I got back home in more than one years time. My best friend was getting married. I went into studying and looking into where I would do my degree. I had done children's nanny work in Australia and it had made me wish to become a primary school teacher.
After my second year of teaching I did a maternity cover teaching contract from May to October. It paid me through the summer holidays. I booked a trip to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands leaving in the November. I had a wonderful trip but spent very much money indeed. I came home with a large credit card bill. I had to get a job in a shop and then wait until September for my next teaching contract.

lol, though with large credit bill, you still had a lot of fun and enjoyed your trip in the Pacific Islands. In New Zealand or Australia.I believe teaching experience quite enriched your life. But anyway, good luck for you to travel more and explore more.I know you have an ambitious heart to explore every cornor of the world.

I usually deal with stress in varied ways. Though, I do avoid emotional eating because that would only lead me to a lot of regret in the end.
What I really do whenever I'm super stressed is either go to sleep for several hours, just don't entertain people and go to bed early and wake up late only feeling tired afterwards.
Another things that I do is to go online in chatrooms. Yeah, it sounds weird but it's a stress-reliever when I start fighting with people there and just saying what I want to say in public! hahahahaha.. I just look for trouble and when I am satisfied, I would just turn the computer off, delete the account I used and I am happy and go to sleep.
Another one is going boxing. It's a great stress reliever because you can just think of the person that caused you stress and punch it out with the trainer. It gives you and exhilarating feeling and would leave you tired but satisfied after a few minutes! And it's healthy too!
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

When I am under pressure, I just try to do my best and find solutions. Even if I arrange small getaways like a trip, I will be too stressed to have a good time! Therefore I will make a plan first that will give me the confidence that it will solve my problem effectively, and then I might plan a trip :)

Definitely!
Traveling is a great stress reliever. It's a good way to unwind, since you'd be in a different place, far from work or home. Then, with a good company, you'll surely have a blast.
My husband and I would plan a big trip (one that involves a plane or boat ride), once every 2 months. And, we also have minor trips whenever we feel like having one.
