The other night we where all craving some home grilled burgers. SO I bought the meat and went to the deli for cheese and saw something new
. I have found a new favorite cheese to top my grilled burgers with! It's Boars head chipotle Gouda
. That and some grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms on top of my ciabatta roll! I think we're doing burgers again tonight
I just made myself drool again.

I've never heard of that but I'm a cheese lover so I'll just have to give it a try...maybe tonite. I love anything cooked on the grill pretty much and by grill..I mean "real" grill as opposed to gas grill. There is just something about cooking over charcoal that enhances the flavor of everything that a gas grill just doesn't do.

We live off the grill no matter what the weather though at one point over the winter it really was too cold. The grill was on full blast and we could put our hands on the top

I am so hungry for a nice juicy hamburger. We are at the end of the month and at the dregs of our groceries. You can be sure that when the 1st comes around such things will be on our grocery list. Lots of vegetables and fruit for us. Sauteed mushrooms are a favorite.
