How will you be celebrating New Year's Eve?  

We are throwing our usual monster party, it should be fun, we have a rule at the house to enter the party you must leave yoru keys with us. It has worked for the last 5 years, once they enter they are stuck for the night.

I am going to Atlantic City on Sunday to party.

It will be like much of my past New Year's... We have no idea what we will be doing, and we always seek something fun to do. But in the end we will probably go out for a late dinner, then just chill at home til the ball drops!

kareng, I know what you mean about staying off the roads! We will celebrate at home, also. So many loud and I do mean loud fireworks around here. Our 3 outside dogs go nuts so we let them inside on New Year's Eve. That's the only night they get to stay in, unless it ices or snows.

I guess you could say, we dog sit every New Year's Eve. LOL We need to get a life..........

I'll be staying at home. I'm not a big fan of new year's eve because on new years eve 1999 I got the news that my Father was going to die, he died a few days later on the 4th January 2000.

i have no idea actually. I know for sure that i will spend it with my bfm, but i am not sure if we will have a quiet night at home with movies and good food, or if we will b out partying wild. Right now i actually feel like just beeing home coz x-mas was a big party - but we will see=)

I think New Years is probably going to result in a nice quiet night by the fire with my fiance'. No real plans to party-it-up or anything like that, rather I would like to have the time to relax and stay home.

Here, in our country, the Philippines, we celebrate New Year’s Eve differently. We have our media noche, a midnight meal prepared to be consumed after watching the fireworks outside the house. All of the family members are required, as much as possible, to wear polka dotted shirt or dress. Then, all the kids and toddlers are encouraged to jump during midnight so that they will increase their height way beyond normal. Funny, right? But, this is how things are going yearly for us.
