Kids love to draw. Using a marker is a favorite way to color or draw. The mess is a concern. They get the colors on their skin, clothing and on also on furniture. Even the washable markers can be the ruin of clothing and furniture. I was delighted when I found Color Wonder products by Crayola. The markers only work when used on Color Wonder paper. No longer do you need to worry if a child leaves an uncapped marker on your favorite chair or couch. I higly recommend this to product. The product can be purchased in most craft or department stores. If you cannot find them in your favorite shoppe, here is a link to the Crayola Store:http://www.crayolastore.com/index.asp

This is a good thing for a car ride also. You don't have to worry about getting marks on your interior. I lke it for my son because it only lets them color in the lines. He can make pretty pictures. The fngerpaints are good also.

I love that idea. We have our grandson a lot and he is bored when going on long rides. He loves to draw.

Even thought I think it is a Wonder-ful idea. ha ha I could not get this for my kids. You would not believe how much paper my kids go through! I would have to buy the special paper in bulk to keep up with the artwork in my house! Even with them just using notebook paper, I have to sometimes tell my daughter that she needs to slow down or no one will have paper for school. LOL I am thinking that I should probably get her one of those big sketch pads! LOL But I wonder how long one will last her.

Hopefully the magic paper will come down in price. I have begun to tell people to buy the paper for the grandkids as a gift when they ask what to buy them.

I've bought these products for my grandchildren as well. I love them and they love them as well. You can get plain paper or you can buy coloring books.

My girls love it, the paper can get expensive though. I found them a pack of color explosion paper for Christmas. It is basically color wonder markers used on black paper. It has a really neat effect to it.

Oh yes this is great stuff. I've bought this as gifts before for the kids I babysit. I love how they can color and it doesn't go anywhere except on the paper. The fingerpaint ones are cool too, I've even gotten down on the floor and did those with the kids.

What a great idea! I wish that something like this had been available when I was young. I love the idea that you can't end up with coloring all over your walls and furniture! *laugh* ^_^

I am going to have to look into these more. We usually rely on a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to help clean up the mess. It would help though because we had and still kind of have a probelm. When we put our daughter to sleep, we forget to check what was left in her room from when she was playing. A marker got left in there. When she woke up this morning, she is almost three, she walks into my bedroom with markers ALL over her face! I am not sure when she did it. I checked on her a couple of times, but I peeked in without turning on the light. Anyways, the marker even though it is a washable isn't coming off very well. I have been working on it every few hours because she says it hurts when her face gets scrubed. It will come up, but it will just take a while. Lol, that is why it sounds like the Color Wonder product by Crayola would be great for us.

My three year old grandson has this. Its a good thing to have for him because he like to draw on everything but the paper. I have to buy it for my house to so when he comes over he will have something to do.

My daughter is 10 months old. I know she is really young to colour at the moment. But she loves to hang onto markers etc and make a mess on a piece of paper. I just went to the website that you have referred in your post. I am really impressed and am going to order one set for my daughter as soon as possible. Thank you very much for sharing such a nice product.
