These Are a Few of My Favorite Things

I for sure have to agree with all the above=) The moment when u see the person picking u up from the airport after beeing gone is a great happy moment.
One other thing that also makes me happy is seeing an old man and woman walking hand in hand or kissing. That just always puts a smile on my face=)

What makes me smile and/or laugh:

Other people laughing. This always gets me. I almost can't help at least smiling if _anyone_ else around me is laughing, and usually it also makes me laugh. (Unless someone is laughing in a cruel way. That's just sad:/ )

Making other people happy. That is my greatest joy in life right now. If I can even bring a smile to someone else's face, it truly makes my day.

Hearing other people sing around me. I love hanging around theatre people because it seems like they're always singing. I love to sing, as well^_^

Getting to really talk to a good friend. Little is as refreshing as that is for me.

I'm sure that there are many more, but this is what popped into my mind immediately^_^

What a wonderful topic! . . It's nice to be able to concentrate on the positive for once instead of just the negative! . .

The things that make me smile, as well as laugh are the following things:- My other half's laughter & the quiet moments we share together.
- Puppy kisses from our very own
- Compliments from a stranger make me smile
- Watching children play
- Amazing people with amazing hearts, who are true to you, but also themselves
- Kindness makes me smile
- Old 80's movies that help to bring me back to my childhood. Make me feel like a kid all over again.
- The amount of love/support I receive from my other half each & every day. He's the one person who's always been there, who's always been true.
- A BBQ on a nice warm sunny day with the people whom you care for.
- Breakfast in bed
- Sleeping in.. And then once you have woken up you feel so well rested.
- When I am able to help someone who sometimes is unable to help themselves.
- Baking/cooking. Seeing how happy it makes people once they have a taste.
- Watching our dog, running in the yard, rolling on her back with a toy/treat in her paws as she kicks her legs slowly, the way she gets so hyper sometimes.. Everything she seems to do either makes me laugh, or brings a smile to my face! . .
- The sweet gestures sometimes that people offer others.
- The rain.. Dancing in it, being in it, the smell it gives off afterwards. Everything smells so fresh! . .
- Old couples walking holding hands.
- When I purchase something for someone that they've always wanted, always desired. I love how there faces light up, it is highly contagious!
- Good books on an overcast day
- I love when your able to be yourself around someone else - Flaws & all. And they still accept you no matter what.
- When someone supports me, & stands by me when I have to face a few obstacles a long the way. When I have to face emotional troubles.

There is so many things I could name as . . Laughing & smiling are the things that I live for.. Because sometimes every frown one may be experiencing can always be turned upside down! . .

When my partner smiles at me as it makes me go all gooey.

When he hugs and kisses me and when I get to do the same (he's been working extra long hours lately so I dont see him as much). When the children at my childcare setting where I work smile.

Getting into a nice hot bath with a magazine to read.

Thats just a few things I can think of right now which make me feel happy.

My partners. Good food. Hanging out with my friends. Travelling.

My gf made up a version of the song to cheer me up when I was really depressed. It was all about gargoyles and black clothes. It was great.

Being all warm and cozy in my bed in the morning
Anything sparkley
Shopping at Chanel
Sleeping

see irrespective of what time or instance the only thing which makesu happy is the feeling that u are really doin good and and more over when u r confident enough in your life almost all the things you do seem to be more colorfull and cheerful.

My favourite things?
1) My husband
2) My children
3) My bed
4) Chocolate
5) Pizza
6) Books
7) Writing
8) A good movie, especially one that makes me laugh hysterically.
