The Dog Whisperer  

I've watched the show once or twice, after seeing a spoof of it on South Park. Caesar sounds too good to be true, like that t.v. psychic John Edwards. Still, if I had a problem dog, I wouldn't think twice about using his techniques- it certainly works on his show!

LOL I agree with he trains the humans well remark.
I love the show. he is really fast! These people have these problems for years and then just one day he comes in and BAM there is a huge change. he is really great and has such a gift. we try so hard with my dog but let me tell ya, it looks so much easier when they do that stuff on tv. I can snap my finger and make little noises all I want at my dog and she is just like, whatever lady. lol
I guess I just gotta keep on watching and keep on trying lol.

He is the American dream personified. He came here from a farm in Mexico, initially as an illegal immigrant. He is an asset to our nation as most immegrants, legal and illegal are. Our prisons are filled with american citizens, not illegals. I love this country and revel in its diversity.

my husband and I watch it all the time, i think it pretty cool how ceasar can handle no matter how the dog act up sometimes. its amazing how he can make dog to behave even the dog only saw him for the first time. you could probably contact ceasar or the producer of the show maybe they'll come to your house to train your dog.

Oh yes, I watch the Dog Whisperer. I love Cesar Milan. I have one of his books, though I haven't finished reading it. I keep it in my car for when I go for coffee or appointments. That's when I usually read it. Cesar Milan's story of his life is quite amazing. He made quite a career for himself with childhood knowledge. He arrived in the USA with little money and know real knowledge of the language. I think that his ability to make something of himself is almost more amazing a story as how he interacts with dogs. He is very entertaining. I love watching his imitations of dogs...lol

I absolutly love the show dog whisperer with ceaser. He is a great person. I wish i could get him to come to my house and work with my two dogs ( a maltese and terrier/pom mix)
after watching his show i try and work with my dogs but hahaha to me.. they are hyper and constantly bark and jumo when people knock on my door

That guy is amazing. Some times its almost unbelievable. He literally spends 5 minutes with some dogs and completely cures their behavior problems. Its amazing how much he understands dogs and knows how to get them to react to his training. I don't think I've ever seen a dog that he couldn't fix, even if it took him a few weeks to do it. His little "psst" noise he makes is pretty powerful huh? Try it yourself on a dog and they immediately give you their attention.

Funny enough my Friend was just telling me about this Program tonight I have actually never seen it but I might have to look out for it as it sounds good

I watch the show all the time! The training methods he uses really do work. I've used them with training my Jack russell who really was quite the problem dog when we first got him. I also worked at a doggie daycare where we used Ceasar's methods and it was quite useful there as well.
He came to Massachusetts to do a lecture but I couldn't get tickets to go see him. I haven't read the book yet either.

We think the show is terrific and very helpful in fixing behaviour in our dog. The dog whisperer is for real and his methods work. He is so right how he describes that animals are NOT people and we must learn to treat him as he would be in his animal world and that the dog can read humans better than the other way around and why we fail with our pets.
It is indeed one of the best shows to come to us in Sweden from the USA.
