|  How do you prefer to get your books that you read? Do you buy them new in the book store? Do you buy them from a second hand book store? Do you buy them online? Or do you prefer to use the library?
All of the above for me. LOL! Our library even has shelves of books in the basement that you can buy for a donation, amount of your choice. Also, since my father passed away almost a year ago, my mother is clearing house. I brought home 4 boxes of my father's books. They are piled high on a bookshelf in my basement. I don't know when I'll get around to reading them all!

| |  Bookstore. I rarely buy books however. I usually only buy them for school assignments and things like that. Unless its on a subject I find interesting, then Ill go out and buy the book on my own.

Bought online ... ebay, half.com
Traded with friends
As long as it's in fairly good condition I'm ok reading it :)

| | I'm fine getting mine from the library. When I have time to read, I read a ton. If I bought all my books, I'd never have any room to put any of them!
With my son, I like to get books from the library, and then if he really likes certain ones, I'll look for them at used book stores, library sales or garage sales. It doesn't matter where a book is from. It's the writing that makes it magical. | | | | | | |

| |  I get my books through the Library. That is my preferece, however on some ocassions I will buy a book. Like when it first is released, and I don't want to wait for the library to order it and get it. Some of the books that I have bought rather then whent to the library are "The Left Behind Series" and all of the Harry Potter Books.

| |  80% of the books I have read or now own
are used. I purchase my books from used
book stores, book fairs, museums, online,
libraries and occasionally garage sales.
The other 20% are new from the major chain
stores and online.

I love books, and like them a lot. One of the things that my new house will have (I am planing a new home) is a library for my books, all of them (and room for future aquisitions).
