Do you believe in astrology?

yes i surely do believe,,, because i have tried to learn it and use it on and for others....] there are MANY mathematical calculations required to learn it and perform it utmost accuracy... it is actually a superior science it is difficult to understand for a normal person to understand what E=MC^2... but because einstein has made it so clear it can be understood rather with much ease.... i think its the same case with Astrology...if we try to study it without trusting any one's judgement over it ... we will actually understamd that we have been programmed to behave in particular manner and only consciousness can change it... it can only improve from what it is ...

I believe there are some connections between stars and humans behaviour. I think our behaviour is very influenced by the star and planet positions. I think many things with astrology and horoscope match with my behaviour, and I can see most people with the same zodiacal sign has lot of caracteristic in common.

No, I don't believe in astrology. But sometimes I read just for entertainment and sometimes it matches also my behavior and so I laugh and enjoy. But I really don't believe in horoscope or astrology.

The term astrology is greatly misunderstood in the present day scenario.The reason is the greed for money and the presence of many quakes in the Field. It has become a fashion now a days to say that i am an astrologer or a witch . The astrology you see now a days in the western world is not the astrology proper since it deals with only the daily for casts and things like that based on your sun signs which is only a tip of the iceberg in the migfhty ocean of astrology.to get a correct picture of the astrology you need to cast a chart of the person for the latitude and longitude and then also make the divisional charts to make a correct assessment of the influence of the planet. As regards the science of astrology i repeat my opinion given on a similar topic.Many understand astrology in many different ways like the six blind men and the elephant. Astrology the divine science and the most efficient tool in the hands of an efficient and rationale astrologer is also the worst weapon for the greedy and the money minded. But one need to understand that astrology is not a fatalistic science since astrology basically depends on the influence of the planets on the human beings and their surroundings. These influence vedic astrology consider as the karmic influence of the planets( based on the karma of the individual in many lives)and is based on the principle of Isac newtons' third Law of Motion..As such it is not the fault of the astrologer,the planets, time of birth, not even the person or situation disturbing you that is responsible but only one's own karma that affects one. To free one from his karma one need to offset the karma and many chances are given for the individual soul for accomplishing this what we vedic system believe by rebirths a scientific theory now proved beyond doubt by regressive hypnosis. Astrology is not intended to scare anybody or take advantage of th situation by propagating the philosophy of fatalism but indicates only the tendencies probabilities the way people and the situations would respond to one individual in a given situation, and human will is definitely superior to all,since it is the manifestation of the universal energy. To over come the challenges one can either depend on one's will or seek guidance and help from the masters. Never ever one is supposed give up and meekly accept the fate. I myself is an astrologer with a very high degree of accuracy in my prediction but that i would attribute to the lack of Human will and determination than the fate. The life of the individual cannot be chained and left at the mercy of fate to rotate in a vicious circle where he/she would be a hapless prisoner of his deeds and then pushed to the life as a result of such compulsives deeds .Do you think it is rationale and logical? Then where is the liberation for the soul? We are endowed with tremendous will and enough grace from the masters to over come any situations in life.But nobody would hand hold you but only give proper directions. If one understand the essence of astrology like this there would be no problem with this divine science but would definitely help the individual in shaping his future. There are many branches for the astrology like mundane astrology, electional astrology and astrology for the instant queries . All these are perfected by the great masters of India and that is why still it is much popular and found to be effective in guiding people in this part of the land. I do not believe in astrology however, I do get a kick out of reading mine just to see how close it comes. For the most part it is off, but there have been a few times it has been right. The problem with astrology is that is doesn't factor in freedom of choice. If you do x than this will happen however, if you do y it will be a whole different out come. I do think it can be fun reading them.

Well I do believe in astrology as we have a good astrologer whose predictions for me have come true.Though otherwise I read my horoscope everyday and most of time it comes out to be false.

I am like you , I do it more for entertainmment. I do like it when it is accurate though. I am glad I don't live my life by it or I would never get much done.

I don't know if I really believe in it but it is entertaining. I suppose there can always be a little truth to it whether real or coincidental.

OH I do believe it, when it brings me good news LOL Most people don't believe in astrology, but are often caught reading the horoscope and getting excited when it talks about good news or positive things. It's easy to believe when it brings good news. WE just say " hey , cool... something good is going to happen" WHen the news are not that good... well in the case it really is easier to say.. " astrology! I don't believe in such thing" it's our way to try to avoid that negative stuff. Do I believe in astrology? I'm not sure. I used to read about it and thought I would be able to detect some characteristics in my friends according to their astrological sign, ascendent, etc... but was that only coincidence? Not sure :)
