Ok, everyone from everywhere has taken their picks. Websites, magazines, critics. But what are the best games according to you, the players? which is the best game you played in 2006 on any platform?

Depends, do you mean best game a person played which may have been released in a previous year or do you mean released in 2006? If you want released in 2006 I would say Bully a Rockstar game on playstation 2 I have found the game style, the user controls, graphics, etc from Rockstar games for playstation2 are preferable. I actually started playing playstation games only in the last couple of years, so that I began playing some of the other games last year and the 2 years before.

c'mon coolant, i hope you're not one of those who think that rockstar games are a bad influence and all that. they are just games, and awesome games, at that. i don't really like all of their titles, just GTA, midnight club and now bully. i did get state of emergency but didn't like it all that much either. but one game doesn't say it all.

Played a lot of games on the PC and the Xbox 360,To me The best game was gears of war,Made me fight till the last second,However The games had a quick ending that was the sad part

yeah, gears of war. i've heard so much about this one. i want a 360 just for this. and for assassin's creed.

Games made in 2006, or just games played in 2006? Because, honestly, I have no idea what came out in 2006. I kind of missed last year, as far as games go. The best game I played in 2006 is probably Metal Gear Solid 3, Subsistence. Big Boss is the coolest character ever. Games made in 2006, MGS3, if that one was made then. KH2, if not.

Any game that you started playing in 2006, c'mon man there are no rules in this one. It's gamers choice, no strict rules on whether the game was released in 2006, just the game you enjoyed playing most last year. Those are good choices.
