1. Macthedj (310) | 2 years ago | When I was 13 I was offered a chance to take up a place at the Scottish School of Ballet after they had seen me in a gynastic display. I regret it now but I turned it down due to the fact that I felt at that time and at that age it would have been seen as a rather pansy thing to do. But beleive me if I could turn back the clock I would jump at the chance.

2. Angelwriter (1113) | 2 years ago | I took ballet and tap when I was about eight. Then I stopped the day before I found out we would have to learn how to do a split. My body just wasn't made to do that. So, I don't do ballet now.

3. mailboxmoney (735) | 2 years ago | Hi Im toya i dance and train in jazz and street styles mostly but ive done ballet technique and some ballet aswell Im sorry you cant dance...are you sure? its a shame as sometimes dance can help you if youre not well...if you broke somethin then youd have to retrain and not all doctors know about this...i had a bad injury some time ago and had to retrain my body so i could dance again - i dont know whats wrong with you but maybe you could find a coach as a personal trainer to identify what the problems are and get him to do you a training program so you can reach your goals again..

4. kiwikidz (501) | 2 years ago | Hi, when I was younger I started ballet dancing when I was two and a half, I had a deformed foot and through dancing it was strenthened and by the time I went to school my foot was straight. I still love to dance a little but joint replacements don't allowed that free range of movement.

I'm don't get what your saying, are you still dancing or did you leave your dancing because of your medical orders. But if you quit it, it's a pity because you danced for so many years then had to quit, but if you quit for a good reason then it's alright. When I was 14 I had toxic goiter and my mother refused to let me dance. I danced in Ballet Center Manila and we danced all day. My sickness was hereditary. I didn't dance for a year and cried and prayed so many times wishing that I could return. When I returned I felt great but now my mom tries to stop me from getting scholarships.
