do you prefer tea or coffee first thing in the morning????  

I prefer neither. I kicked off coffee and I save tea for the evening. It could be some hot beverage like milo.

I cannot assume caffeine... the morning my breakfast is a juice of fruit to pear... at the most a decaffeinated coffee...

I actually do not drink tea or coffee, I drink chocolate milk every morning to start my day. But if I had to choose coffee or tea, I would tea. Because I can have it hot or cold, and I like the lemon flavored kind occationally.

I like tea best, any tea will do even sambong tea (herb here in the philippines). Coffee makes my nervous tremor,burns myur stomach, and it makes my heart beat irregular, so I shifted to tea.

I like my coffee in the morning. I drink it with fake sugar and creamer. I do love getting it from Burger King. Turbo makes my 3-6 cups only one. Coffee tastes best with French Vanilla in it. LOL

I have to have some caffine when I first wake up so choose coffee!! If the weather is hot I will drink a soda! i AM SURE TEA IS BETTER FOR US BUT i ONLY DRINK IT WHEN i AM NOT FEELING GOOD. cOFFEE FOR ME!!

I am definitely a coffee girl, first thing in the morning. I get up every day with my husband when he is getting ready for work and I turn on a pot of coffee for us. He drinks a couple of cups before he leaves and he also takes some to work with him. When he leaves, I have to put another pot on for me to have to sip on. I will drink it all day or until it is gone, then i will drink tea or soft drink the rest of the day until my husband gets home from work. Then we drink a couple of beers while I am cooking supper for us. I love my coffee every day. I drink my coffee black with no milk or sugar and that it an advantage over tea, because I cannot drink tea with no sugar in it.

I start my day with water, I have my coffee with breakfast, however though I enjoy both tea and coffee, I love coffee more, I keep trying out flavoured coffees, I used various flavoured dairy creamers too.

My favourite instant pick me up are dessert coffees. Nothing can set my mood right instantly like coffee does :) still I can't start me day with it. My day starts with a couple of glasses of plain water.

Well I am a tea girl and rarely take coffee. Why I like tea more than coffee, may be coffee is much stronger and at times has made me deprived of my sleep if I took it before going to bed. But tea I can take any time and feel refreshed.
