I am a big fan of quiche. We have it about once every other month. Tonight, it is spinach and cheese. I like the asparagus one better but couldn't find good asparagus. It's all stringy this year. Ugh! Isn't there any good food...

Weirdest thing. My kids( daughter and grandson)have had a squash on the coffee table now for about 4 months. No bugs are roaming around and it is firm, not rotten on the bottom. It was green but has changed to yellow. I wonder how...

Time goes by, friends and the onion, a huge one, took ages to caramelize.
So I decided not to eat the quiche for lunch. It will be for dinner.
