So today was my first physio session.

So I have an excuse for "me time" at the nearby cafe. On Monday I'll be going back to my doctor and let's see if there is an improvement. I hope everything is improving.

I need to drink my medicine at 4 Am, and I should drink it 4hours without eating anything and coffee is not exempted. But I am drinking until 3 AM without me noticing it.
I have to move my usual drinking again from 4 AM to 7 AM...
