When a person is said to have commited a crime and has no means to pay an attorney one will be appointed to them by the District Attorneys office either an assistant or a deputy district attorney.
Some States do not have enough...

Do you think lawyers really care about the clients they represent
or do you think they are in it to see how much they can make from the
case?
Are there lawyers who are not concerned about how much they make in a case...

I met many people who think lawyers are big liars. that they lie to win a case.
for me there are really good lawyers and there are also those who really lie, cover a wrong just to win a case.

A living Will is different then the regular Will in that it has written out what should take place if you lose your mind..or are incapable of making decisions for yourself..
Usually it spells out in very exact details who...
