We really need a vacation...It is too cold to go camping now though and I don't think I could make it with the kids on a 15 hour car ride to a warmer climate.
I miss the campfire & sleeping in the tent and the bugs and the bug...

Which do you prefer? I love tent camping. For me, my favorite part of camping is listening to the 'night sounds' (bugs, campfire, animals, early birds). I wish it was warm.
