Do you want a digital camcorder?

I don't need a digital camcorder. As I think that a digital camera can do the same, but just not so professional. Besides, it takes a long time editting and watching the video. This is why I am not so interested in it.

What is the best DIGITAL CAMCORDER I can buy for around $125-$200?

I want to start putting videos on the Net for pay, so they have to be decent quality -- not stunning but very good. Mainly to record cooking or computer help ... to start anyway. Also do I need a memory card? Thanks for your help....
