When my son was born,i fed him breast milk. Now, he is 1 year old. I think he need more nutrition, but the quality of my breast milk is getting more and more weaker. I want to give him some milk. It maybe make him more stronger....

Since we go through at least one gallon of milk daily, the time is fast approaching when we may not be able to afford milk at all. It's a scary thought, but not unrealistic to think that one day soon, milk could top $7.00 or more...

Our family goes through a gallon of milk everyday and it's very costly. We spend upwards of $100 or more every month on milk. Does anyone have a solution for cutting down milk cost? Would appreciate any tips.

INSOMIA - How to deal with it?
