ive been alone and feel bored i wanted to eat my lunch, but i dont want to cook we have rice in the rice cooker..so i dicided to eat rice with soy sauce and sesame oil..and i love the taste..how about you guys can you eat this...

I have to have rice with any meat or vegetable. Some people say its bad because rice turns into sugar. And I do have a background of diabetic family history, should I be concern about eating too much rice?
