I have flabby arms.....

I just noticed this a couple of days ago. When I hold my arms up there is a lot of flab hanging down under my upper arm. How would you suggest me to get rid of this? I know there are certain exercises to do to get rid of this....

With the holidays gone, one thing that doesn't seem to go away all too easily is all that weight put on during that time. My particular concern are the love handles, those flabby arms...uuugghh. Know of any good way to get rid of...

How do I get rid of my flabby arms

I have lost over 40lbs, gone from a size 16 to a size 10, but can not wear sleeveless tops because my arms are still big and flabby. I tried weights but must be doing something wrong.
