How do you dance in your heels?

This sounds stupod but when you are accustomed to either flats, boots with thick heels or tennis shoes...I was wondering. I love to wear heels, but I never wear them when I go dancing. Because I cannot dance in them. I barely can...

I never knew what this fish was. Well, my fiance brought home a five gallon bucket and put the kids to work. My girls are usually very girly when it comes to stuff like this...but look at them, they are totally into it!!!
