I seem to only get about 6 - 7 hours per night lately. Not because I cannot get to sleep. It's because I work too much and have to get up so early. Any tips to help me stay more focused during the day? Thanks.

I went to bed early last night but when I woke up (8 hours later) I feel so groggy. I'm not tye type of person who can go back to sleep so that isn't an option. What is the fastest way to get the groggy feeling to go away?
