Which one is better? Grunge or hair Metal?

like we know nirvana with grunge in the early 90s made the glory of hair metal / glam rock / glam metal so dim until now But honestly, according to you in terms of music quality, who is better? grunge or hair metal?

Punk Rock or Grunge Rock

Both of these Rock genres are my favorites. Just depends on what would fit on my mood. If I am in depress or problematic, I prefer grunge. But If I wanna get wild, punk is the choice. You??
