Hope you had a good day today. Our awesome neighbor cut our grass and is going to clean out our gutters. He doesn't charge us very much; and for that we are very grateful.
Tomorrow (I think) I will be starting a new...

I hope that...

We should receive the updated bid on the roof by the end of the day. The contractor will be cleaning out and inspecting the gutters at no charge in addition to doing the roof. It's a high, steep roof; and what is really needed...

We now have three bids on replacing the roof. The lowest one is $3,000 less than the highest bid.
90% of the contractors I have picked from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) listings and have an A+ rating; and some are BBB...

Good thing I checked the gutters before hand. But that doesn't guarantee the rear tenant won't have leaks. It didn't last long though. We still had leaks but not worst than the last time.
But at least we don't experience floods...

We had unexpected strong rain yesterday and some parts of the kitchen were leaking. Then my tenant was having flood water on the side wall. I went up and pick out leaves and dirt from the gutters.
Later that day, some of the...

For those of you who have a different kind of housing to me, gutters are around the whole edge of our roofs. They are there to catch rain run off. So if you have a 4 bedroom house, you have a lot of gutter around the roof.
I...
