I haven't had a smoke in nearly 24 hours! I am finding the hardest part to be right after I eat something. I feel sort of lost because usually that is my time to sit and relax and have a smoke, but now I don't know what to do...

It's hard to be alone. It's hard to choose someone to love but isn't it to admit that you have fallen in love with someone who can't love you back is the hardest part of loving?
