what edible oil do you know, besides the famouls olive oil and coconut oil, that is considered a health oil? you know, one that you can take by the teaspoon in its pure form?

Indians shoud start using healthy oil

Most of the Indian foods are made with Mustard Oil, coconut oil, ghee, butter etc which are not at all healthy. Indian Tandoor stuffs are the healthiest.
