Why is my cat happier in the laundry room?

When my baby cat goes to sleep, she likes to curl up in my lap or on the pillow by my head. But, my two cats used to love sleeping curled up next each other. They'd get together for a mutual cleaning session and then fall asleep....

We're thinking of adding a third cat or kitten to our household in the upcoming year. But, I've heard there are lots more cat fights in homes where three or more cats live. Is this true? Would love to know.

Sometimes when I walk near my cat, he makes a funny cry and runs away fast. But, then later he comes up to me, and rubs my hand as if nothing's wrong. Do you think he's afraid of me? Or, does he think I'm chasing him?

Recently, I heard someone refer to her cat as a queen. And, when I asked her why she did that, she said that all female cats are called a queen when they deliver their kittens. Is this true?
