I am thinking of doing the hooked on phonics program with my son this summer or fall. He is 4 and can go to school. I don't know if its like this in the states but if your 4 and your birthday is before december 31 you go to school...

How to get your 5 and 8 yr olds to read???? other than the simple task of

reading to them..for which I am fanatical about. ....Any ideas out there. I am thinking of buying hooked on phonics....I've heard good things.
