The episode is titled "Everyone Loves(maybe Likes, I don't remember for sure) Hurley" so I assume it will have him trying to really help on the island and will show what happens to him in the flash sideways.

How do you feel about this season's Lost Finale? I felt kind of unsatisified with the finale. I didn't like Jack's flash forward. I was happy they let Hurley save the day though.
