Rent or own?

Would you rather rent or own a house? If you buy it, a house is an investment. But on the other hand that means you have to take on debt and get a mortgage to afford it. So which would you rather do?

Car note or no car note?

I've had over 10 cars and never had a car note. I always pay cash for my vehicles. I am happy with owning pre-owned cars and not having a car note. How do you feel about it?
