I don't know if it really works but I'm really curious .I recently lost a chunk of weight so this would really help me. Does taking collagen powder helps with loose skin?

I've had loose skin on my tummy since my first child was born. Of course it got a little bit worse with each pregnancy. Now that I've lost over 60 pounds it's down right awful! It used to just be my lower tummy that appeared...

Anyone else heard of this? Do you know what kind of brush to use? could i use a hair brush? and Do you do it? does it really help? I wanna start doing it if it'll help tighten my skin up. because i'm not sure if i'm starting...

Please help...now that i'm 43 i seem to have excess weight on me where i never did! i used to be able to eat anything i wanted..all day long and not gain an ounce and had a super tight body...Now, I am a bowl of jello! Hate me...
