I look like a mess when I get sick!

Every time I don't feel well and stay at home, I look like mess! I wear many layers of clothes and pj's, I don't make my hair and I carry tissues everywhere I go to blow my nose. I wear my sleeping clothes all day and my slippers....

Help! My 4 years daughter's hair.....

Her hair is to her shoulders, and its a rats nest when she gets up in the morning. I use detangler on her hair. Is there anything else I can use to make these easyer for her and me.
