Outright lying in reviews to be spiteful

I won't go into full details because that would take too long. I will say that I came across a review that I could very easily tell was meant to be spiteful. Within the first two paragraphs the reviewer revealed their bigotry....

I also thought I didn't know what that flame thing was, but they said not to harass or get people upset or inflame them so I guess that defines that. No trolls. Not sure what that is. Said no jokes, no recipes and no picking on...
