I'm talking about the "start a new discussion" page. It takes toooooo much time for the page to load. Maybe its because I've a lot of interests so it might take a lot of time to display all of the interests, or maybe my internet...

Previously, we have a link saying "Start a new discussion". But the newly updated layout, where is that? Is it somewhere? Or we really need to click on the interest and start from there. What is the easiest way right now?
