lately I am glad to be back on line and mylotting but I wish that when I go to bed I could just sleep all night instead of sleeping then waking and not going back to sleep for ages. sometimes I get no more than four or five hours...

As the clocks go back on 3oth October in the Uk we should make the most of that extra hour in bed. Sleeping as you well know has been found to improve our mental wellbeing and help reduce stree. Guarantee a good night's rest...

UGH....my little girl is 3. shes sooooooooo roudy i just cant take it anymore. she screams,crys,throws things and shes just a little hailyen the dr said the best thing for her is to put her to sleep. hahahahahahaha...
