In Sri Lanka one can see deep blue sea. As it is island nation there are waters on the 3 sides. In Beruwala there is lovely beach. The travellers really find huge fun swimming on a cloudy day.

In the eastern part of India there are lovely sea beaches. The sea waters look deep blue in the winter. The sea breeze is lovely. It is cold but it is very soothing. The sand is also lovely where travellers can love to walk.

most Expert tell us to drink 1-2 liters for a day. I think they're right, the more i drink waters th more i feel so health! i drink minimal 1 liter a day and average 1-3 liters for a day.
